BRADIAN PERFORMANCE
Dr. Allie Bradian, CMPC
Founder, Mental Performance Coach
Alexandria "Allie" Bradian, Ed.D., a Certified Mental Performance Consultant with the Association for Applied Sport Psychology, is deeply rooted in the world of competitive sports and human psychology. Originally from southern New Jersey, Allie now lives under the sunny skies of West Palm Beach, Florida.

From the age of five, Allie's life has been intricately linked with sports, reaching a peak with her Division I softball career at Fordham University, where her team secured four A-10 championships. The trials and triumphs of her athletic journey, particularly navigating through injuries, shifted her aspirations from medical practice to mental performance. This evolution was sparked by a realization: her passion lies not in mending the physical, but in renewing the mind. This realization inspired her to become a sport psychology professional, dedicated to enhancing the mental well-being of athletes and performers.

In her professional journey, Allie has worked with a diverse array of clients, from youth athletes just starting their sports careers to professional players at the peak of their game. This wide-ranging experience has provided her with deep insights into the challenges and needs at various levels of sports, enabling her to tailor her approach to each athlete’s unique situation.

Now, Allie channels her energy into both her professional practice and her personal passion for sports like pickleball, beach volleyball, kickball, and slow-pitch softball. As a Mental Performance Coach, she uses her firsthand experience to fuel her work, offering personalized, holistic mentorship that goes beyond traditional training. Allie is dedicated to cultivating a space where athletes, teams, and their supporters can thrive, focusing on mental resilience and overall well-being. She believes true achievement isn’t just about winning games or surpassing goals; it’s about embracing the journey and growing from every experience.
